The Audio-Technica ATH-M50xSTS (XLR) is a professional streaming headset designed for streamers and content creators. It combines the renowned studio-quality sound of the ATH-M50x headphones with the clarity of a cardioid condenser microphone from the iconic 20 Series. With interchangeable earpads for comfort or isolation, and flexible boom arm, it delivers exceptional performance.
45 mm Large-Aperture Drivers: The proprietary 45 mm large-aperture drivers deliver exceptional clarity throughout an extended frequency range, with deep and accurate bass response. This ensures that both your live audience and you enjoy high-quality audio.
Cardioid Condenser Microphone: The ATH-M50xSTS features a cardioid condenser microphone based on the iconic 20 Series microphones. This provides studio-quality articulation and intelligibility, ensuring clear voice transmission while rejecting background noise. The mic is attached to a flexible boom arm, which keeps it in the ideal position for optimal audio capture.
Flexible Boom Arm with Flip-to-Mute: The flexible boom arm positions the microphone near your mouth for maximum clarity. It flips up easily to mute the microphone silently and efficiently, offering convenience during live streaming.
Interchangeable Earpads: Two distinct earpad options are included: M50x earpads for superior sound isolation and mesh/leatherette earpads for breathability and comfort during long streaming sessions.
Multiple Connectivity Options: The ATH-M50xSTS comes in two configurations. The analog model features a 2-meter cable with a 3.5 mm headphone input and XLR microphone output. The USB version, ATH-M50xSTS-USB, offers plug-and-play connectivity for PCs and Macs, as well as a high-quality A/D converter for high-resolution audio.
Sidetone Circuitry (USB Model): The USB version of this headset features sidetone circuitry, which allows you to hear your own voice in the headphones for a more natural and conversational streaming experience.
